The Wise Traditions Podcast was created by the Weston A. Price Foundation in 2016 to provide a fun and easy way to access information provided by the foundation about its Wise Traditions diet and principles.

The Weston A. Price Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charity founded in 1999 to disseminate the research of nutrition pioneer Dr. Weston Price, whose studies of isolated nonindustrialized peoples established the parameters of human health and determined the optimum characteristics of human diets. Dr. Price’s research demonstrated that humans achieve perfect physical form and perfect health generation after generation only when they consume nutrient-dense whole foods and the vital fat-soluble activators found exclusively in animal fats.

Hilda Labrada Gore is the producer and host of the Wise Traditions podcast and a DC co-chapter leader for WAPF. Hilda, also known as Holistic Hilda, is passionate about wellness on every level and has been seeking to reconnect with indigenous people and remind everyone about the importance of following their wisdom for good health.
